Xona

Launching the new standard for navigational intelligence

↳ Challenge
Xona is a space venture building the world’s most advanced satellite navigation infrastructure, delivering real-time, centimeter-level precision anywhere on Earth. As the company behind Pulsar, a new PNT constellation in low Earth orbit, Xona was expanding rapidly across commercial and defense sectors. It needed a more mature brand to signal its technological leap beyond a GPS designed for a different era, and to claim leadership in a competitive category.

↳ Opportunity

Together we developed “Navigational Intelligence” as strategic anchor for category ownership, built on Xona’s advantages over legacy GPS: absolute precision, signals up to 100x stronger, and robust encryption. We evolved the brand platform and purpose, elevating Xona from GPS alternative to the definitive platform for mission-critical navigation, with messaging and value propositions tailored to key sectors.

A new logo and design system signal high technological value: dynamic imagery that captures the technical sophistication, an iconic infographic style that makes complex concepts clear, and genuinely human photography that grounds it all in real-world value — signaling Xona’s role as both leading innovator and trusted infrastructure provider.

↳ Outcome
The evolved brand establishes Xona as the leader in next-generation navigation, and their team has extended the foundation into the digital experience. The market now answers in Xona’s terms: a first-of-its-kind FCC authorization, six Pulsar satellites deployed in a single October 2026 launch, and a $250 million Series D at a $2.45 billion valuation, bringing total funding past $570 million. The category claim is now literal: the next era GPS layer is no longer a promise; it’s already overhead.
