As the Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing DOG’s programming, from concept to execution. This role demands a blend of creativity, organizational prowess, autonomy, and a proactive mindset to ensure events and initiatives meet high standards of engagement, awareness, and business value.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and manage DOG’s annual programming calendar. Ensure each event aligns with Landscape’s strategic goals and resonates culturally.
• Event Management: Oversee all aspects of event production, from initial concept to post-event analysis. This includes budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring high attendee satisfaction.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the design team to handle the marketing aspects of DOG, including social media management, content creation, and public relations efforts.
• Team Management and Collaboration: Work closely with Landscape’s Creative Directors and other team members to align DOG’s initiatives with the studio’s vision.
• Light Studio Management: Manage the cleaning of DOG’s physical space as well as shipping, receiving, ongoing upkeep, and support limited meeting preparation.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with collaborators, sponsors, press, community, and industry professionals. Proactively engage with partners and collaborators to expand DOG’s reach and impact.

• Proven experience in program management, event management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A flexible, creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of current cultural, artistic, and social trends.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.
• An individual who loves a great challenge and maximizing creative opportunity.
• Based in San Francisco (remote applicants will not be considered)
• Contract, part-time, full-time roles for consideration in service of investment in a long-term relationship.
