You are as comfortable with modern design tools as you are presenting creative work to client stakeholders. Pairing critical-thinking with expressive design craft comes naturally to you. This is a **hands-on** creative leadership position. You must be able to design independently as well as manage and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.

• Proven experience (likely 5+ years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading projects and managing teams
• You have best-in-class, contemporary identity work in your portfolio
• Proven UX & interaction design understanding (if not deep expertise)
• Remote. Must be able to work in PST time zone +/- 1hr.
• Motion & 3D skills a plus
• Copywriting ability a plus
• Excited to explore emerging generative tools
