An experienced Project Manager. A natural organizer and systems thinker. You bring clarity to complexity and thrive on keeping creative projects moving forward. Your team relies on your proactive communication, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems before they become issues. Your clients appreciate your responsiveness and see you as a trusted partner who genuinely cares about their success.
You understand that great creative work requires both structure and flexibility. You're excited about building systems and processes that actually help people do better work, not just create busywork. You take ownership of your projects and see them as a reflection of your professionalism.
You are eager to support our Client Director while also taking initiative to improve how we work as a studio.

↳ Experience Requirements:
› Project Manager
› 3+ years relevant experience (agency or studio preferred)
› Web and content production experience a plus
› Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
› Experience with project management platforms (Teamwork experience a plus)
› Comfortable with design processes and terminology
› Interest in process improvement and systems building
› Remote. Must be able to work in PST time zone +/- 1hr
› Full time, includes benefits
